The most beautiful mountain in the world, climbed by its classic south-west ridge: three rock towers, the mushroom ridge and the famous hanging glacier traverse.
Technically harder than Everest's normal route and required climbing for many of the world's top alpinists — Ama Dablam is the Himalaya's true technical testpiece.
